Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a passion for great food and hospitality
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and standards
- Capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- Legal eligibility to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year of fine dining server experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and guest service
- Familiarity with food and beverage menus and wine pairings
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and promptly
- Present menus and explain daily specials
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Deliver orders efficiently and courteously
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
