Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in fine dining service
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately while providing detailed menu information
- Ensure guests’ dining experiences exceed expectations by attending to their needs and accommodating special requests
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area and service stations
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
