Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in fine dining service
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment

  • At least 1 year of fine dining server experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
  • Able to provide excellent guest service and teamwork

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly and welcoming attitude
  • Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately while providing detailed menu information
  • Ensure guests’ dining experiences exceed expectations by attending to their needs and accommodating special requests
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area and service stations
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
  • Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
