Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have at least one year of fine dining server experience
  • Possess a guest-first attitude
  • Demonstrate ability to work well as part of a team
  • Adhere to company standards of friendliness, accommodation, inclusiveness, and respect
  • Pass any required background checks voluntarily
  • Be physically capable of standing and walking for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of fine dining server experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Knowledge of menu items and wine pairings is a plus
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional guest service by taking orders accurately and serving food and beverages promptly
  • Ensure all guests feel welcomed and valued by embodying the company’s Be FAIR ideals
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items including ingredients and preparation methods to assist guests effectively
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and courteously
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area to uphold fine dining standards
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
