Job Duties
- greet and seat guests with a friendly and accommodating approach
- present menus and provide detailed descriptions of dishes and specials
- take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff
- ensure timely delivery of orders and check back with guests to ensure satisfaction
- handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- process guest payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
