Candidates should expect to work in a technical support capacity dealing with enterprise healthcare IT systems based on Microsoft and Linux platforms, including PACS/RIS and cloud solutions. The position requires familiarity with healthcare technology integration, cybersecurity best practices, Radiology workflows, and patient data privacy laws. The role may involve modest domestic travel and occasional international travel as business needs dictate.

The salary range for the Server Upgrade and Maintenance Support Specialist position is estimated between $96,800 and $145,200 annually, with potential additional bonuses or incentives. Bayer also offers an attractive benefits package that includes healthcare, dental, vision, retirement plans, paid time off, sick leave, and more.
