Publishing and documenting technical procedures and industry-compliant processes is also a key component of this role, making communication skills essential. The environment promotes cross-functional collaboration, requiring the incumbent to build strong relationships with engineering, R&D, cybersecurity teams, sales, and operational excellence groups. There is also an aspect of mentorship, helping new team members grow their technical abilities. Bayer offers a salary range from $96,800 to $145,200 with possible additional bonuses or incentives, reflecting the specialist's skillset and experience.
