Job Duties
- Provide energetic and friendly customer service
- Develop strong menu knowledge to suggest items and customize service
- Record guest orders and enter them accurately into the Point-of-Sale system
- Perform money transactions, return accurate change, and close checks
- Partner with team members to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform opening and closing side duties
- Receive and process to-go orders efficiently and accurately
- Ensure orders meet customer specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Communicate with kitchen staff to coordinate orders and special requests
- Provide friendly service during order pickup
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management such as prepping desserts, restocking supplies, checking restrooms, emptying bus tubs, refilling ice, and assisting other team members
