Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 to serve alcohol or as required by state laws

Job Duties

  • Provide energetic and friendly customer service
  • Develop strong menu knowledge to suggest items and customize service
  • Record guest orders and enter them accurately into the Point-of-Sale system
  • Perform money transactions, return accurate change, and close checks
  • Partner with team members to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Perform opening and closing side duties
  • Receive and process to-go orders efficiently and accurately
  • Ensure orders meet customer specifications
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Communicate with kitchen staff to coordinate orders and special requests
  • Provide friendly service during order pickup
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management such as prepping desserts, restocking supplies, checking restrooms, emptying bus tubs, refilling ice, and assisting other team members
