The To-Go Server position at Logan's Roadhouse is an essential role focused on coordinating the delivery of food and beverages directly to guests in a timely, accurate, and friendly manner. This role is specifically designed to facilitate tableside service in designated dining room stations while working collaboratively with other servers and various departments. Job Duties
- provide friendly and outgoing customer service to guests

- record guest orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system promptly
- perform money transactions and close checks accurately
- partner with team members to ensure guest satisfaction
- perform opening and closing side duties as assigned
- efficiently receive and process to-go orders
- ensure accuracy of orders according to customer specifications
- maintain clean and organized workspace
- communicate with kitchen staff to coordinate order timing and special requests
- provide friendly and helpful service during order pickup
- assist with prep, restocking, and other assigned duties
