Job Duties

  • Provide friendly and energetic customer service
  • Develop strong menu knowledge to suggest and customize orders
  • Accurately record guest orders and enter them into the Point-of-Sale system
  • Perform financial transactions and close checks
  • Partner with team members to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Perform opening and closing side duties
  • Receive and process to-go orders efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Communicate with kitchen staff regarding order timing and special requests
  • Assist other front-of-house and back-of-house team members as needed
