Job Duties
- Provide friendly and energetic customer service
- Develop strong menu knowledge to suggest and customize orders
- Accurately record guest orders and enter them into the Point-of-Sale system
- Perform financial transactions and close checks
- Partner with team members to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform opening and closing side duties
- Receive and process to-go orders efficiently and accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Communicate with kitchen staff regarding order timing and special requests
- Assist other front-of-house and back-of-house team members as needed
