The To-Go Server position at Logan's Roadhouse plays a critical role in enhancing the to-go dining experience for guests by efficiently coordinating the delivery of drinks and food tableside within a designated section of the dining room. This role requires an individual who can maintain high energy and provide friendly, outgoing customer service while ensuring accuracy and timeliness of orders. The To-Go Server works closely with other servers and employees from various service departments, emphasizing communication and teamwork. This position involves responsibilities such as processing to-go orders, managing money transactions, entering orders into the Point-of-Sale system, and performing both opening and closing side duties.
Success in this role demands a strong understanding of the menu to offer customized service and suggestive selling techniques, ultimately enhancing guest satisfaction. The To-Go Server also ensures proper coordination with kitchen staff to time orders correctly and attend to special requests. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is vital for efficient order preparation and packaging. Additional duties may include assisting with dessert and salad preparation, restocking supplies, checking restrooms, emptying bus tubs, refilling ice, and supporting fellow front-of-house and back-of-house team members.

Job Duties
- Displays high energy while providing friendly, outgoing customer service to the guest
- develop a strong understanding of our menu to provide customized service or suggestive selling to our guests
- record guest orders and enter them in the Point-of-Sale system in a timely manner
- perform money transactions, return accurate change, and close checks in Point-of-Sale system
- partner with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction
- perform opening and closing side duties as assigned
- receive and process to-go orders efficiently and accurately
- ensure all orders are prepared correctly according to customer specifications
- maintain a clean and organized workspace to facilitate order preparation and packaging
- communicate with kitchen staff to coordinate order timing and special requests
- provide friendly and helpful customer service during order pickup
- other functions assigned by management such as prep desserts and salads, restock, check restrooms, empty bus tubs, refill ice, assist other FOH and BOH team members
