Job Duties

  • Serve all smith guests by being attentive throughout the entire length of their meal
  • create a welcoming environment for guests
  • say yes - always try to find a way to accommodate a request
  • guide guests through their experience by offering specials, recommending cocktails, and providing suggestions
  • pay special attention to all dietary restrictions by informing the kitchen
  • observe the entire dining experience ensuring that every meal and every moment exceeds expectations
  • take orders from guests and input them into the point of sale
  • list ingredients or common allergens for guests from memory
