The bar features an expansive space spanning three levels. The main Cuban-style bar offers an authentic traditional atmosphere ideal for cocktail enthusiasts, while mezzanines provide comfortable lounge areas for patrons to relax and socialize. Adding to the distinctiveness of The Long Weekend is "La Bóveda," an underground vault bar that creatively reimagines Havana's nightlife with a modern twist. This dynamic environment offers a rich blend of heritage and innovation, ensuring a memorable experience for all guests.

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic servers to join our team, particularly for Friday and Saturday shifts. This role is perfect for those with a background in the restaurant, bar, or hotel industries, or individuals who are eager to learn and grow within a premium nightlife setting. The Long Weekend is set to open its doors in September 2025, and we are looking for candidates who thrive in dynamic start-up environments or enjoy the challenge of creating an exceptional first impression. The typical working hours are from 3:30 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday through Saturday, providing a consistent yet exciting schedule.

The server role involves interacting with a diverse clientele by providing expert cocktail recommendations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining the cleanliness and overall appeal of the bar floor.
