Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous serving experience
- ability to work full time including weekdays and weekends
- valid food handler certification or willingness to obtain
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- commitment to providing high quality service

Job Duties
- prepare tables present menu answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and service remain knowledgeable about posted daily specials
- write food order and relay order to kitchen serve courses from kitchen and service bars
- clear and reset counters or tables at conclusion of each course
- assist in keeping dining tables and chairs floors linens and serving stations clean bussed and stocked
- maintain required food handlers certifications
- remove dirty dishes linens glassware and flatware from tables and counters and transport items to designated area
- ensure timely water refills and provide attentive service throughout dining experience
