We are currently seeking passionate and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Servers. In this role, you will be a vital part of delivering exceptional dining experiences that reflect the high standards of Grand Bohemian Orlando. As a Server, you will engage with guests warmly, guiding them through our menu, making recommendations, and taking orders accurately. You will play an important role in ensuring that all food and beverage orders are served promptly, presented attractively, and meet our quality benchmarks. Your ability to anticipate guest needs and offer personalized service will contribute significantly to creating memorable moments that keep our patrons coming back. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months to one year serving experience preferred
  • Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards

Job Qualifications

  • Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
