- Collaborate effectively with the Food and Beverage team to ensure smooth banquet operations
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials to assist guests confidently
- Address guest questions and requests promptly and professionally
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in the dining and banquet areas
- Assist in setting up and breaking down banquet events efficiently
- Adapt to the demands of a 24-hour operation with flexibility and dedication
