Job Description

We are currently hiring full-time and part-time Servers - Takeout or To Go Specialists. This role focuses on delivering an outstanding takeout or curbside dining experience to our guests. You will be responsible for taking and processing orders accurately, ensuring all packaging and labeling are done impeccably, and delivering orders in a timely and courteous manner. You will also act as a knowledgeable guide to our menu, assisting guests in choosing items and answering their questions with hospitality and professionalism. This position requires maintaining our high standards for sanitation and safety throughout your shift, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is essential. Through this role, you will actively contribute to our mission 'To Celebrate Life. Family. Food.' by enhancing every guest's experience with personalized and efficient service. Job Requirements

  • Previous experience is not required
  • at least 18 years old
  • must possess a current Food Handler's Card or be able to obtain it
  • ability to reach, bend, balance, and transport objects weighing up to 30 lbs repeatedly during a shift
  • flexibility to work a variety of shifts
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to execute proper sanitation and safety procedures
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment

Job Duties

  • Accommodate guests' needs in a courteous and timely manner
  • create a great take out or curbside experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing in guests' orders
  • understand the restaurant menu to identify different menu items for takeout and catering
  • guide guests on choosing menu items and answer guest questions
  • deliver an amazing hospitality experience by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations
  • uphold high sanitation and safety standards
