Job Requirements
- Previous experience is not required
- at least 18 years old
- must possess a current Food Handler's Card or be able to obtain it
- ability to reach, bend, balance, and transport objects weighing up to 30 lbs repeatedly during a shift
- flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to execute proper sanitation and safety procedures
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment

Job Duties
- Accommodate guests' needs in a courteous and timely manner
- create a great take out or curbside experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing in guests' orders
- understand the restaurant menu to identify different menu items for takeout and catering
- guide guests on choosing menu items and answer guest questions
- deliver an amazing hospitality experience by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations
- uphold high sanitation and safety standards
