Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • at least 1 year of related work experience preferred
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and over 50 pounds with assistance
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to maintain professional appearance
  • willingness to work day shifts, weekends, and open availability preferred
  • ability to follow safety and security policies
  • ability to use point-of-sale systems
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • at least 1 year of related work experience
  • no supervisory experience required

Job Duties

  • Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
  • set tables according to type of event and service standards
  • answer questions on menu selections
  • communicate with kitchen regarding menu questions, length of wait, re-cook orders, and product availability
  • record transactions in MICROS system at time of order
  • check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages
  • maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc., throughout the day
  • complete closing duties including restocking items and turning off lights
  • present physical and accurate check to guest and process payment
  • follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
  • welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
  • anticipate and address guests’ service needs
  • assist individuals with disabilities
  • develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
  • ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
