- ability to work in an environment with kitchen fumes, humid conditions, and cleaning chemicals
- punctual and reliable
- maintain clean and neat appearance
- completion of orientation and training
- adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Qualifications

- ability to apply common sense to follow instructions and handle typical work situations
- completion of orientation and adherence to company policies
- successful completion of Busser/Bar Back training and any local and state required certifications
- strong organizational skills
- excellent hospitality and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- handle high-volume situations with composure and grace
- maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform guidelines
- understand patterns and processes that enhance service execution
- follow training protocols diligently
- ensure the cleanliness of the dining area, bar, and service stations
- set up sanitizer stations as required
- manage stock levels of glassware, silverware, and dishware effectively
- assist servers in delivering food promptly
- keep server stations well-stocked and prepared for each shift
- maintain cleanliness in your assigned areas as per the cleaning schedule
- label and date products to ensure freshness
- consistently follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- refill condiments at tables as needed
- work collaboratively as a team member
- be punctual and reliable in reporting for scheduled shifts
- polish and prepare silverware throughout your shift
- assist in bar restocking and maintenance
- prepare garnishes and beverages as needed
- clean tables and reset them according to company standards
- organize chairs and maintain a tidy dining area
- sweep floors and keep restrooms clean
- complete any additional tasks as assigned by management
