Job Requirements
- The flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- The ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- The ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and bend, stoop, and reach frequently
- Comfortable working in an outdoor environment, exposed to varying weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar support staff role is a plus but not required
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Job Duties
- Clearing and resetting tables efficiently and promptly to prepare for incoming guests
- Assisting servers and bartenders by refilling water, clearing empty dishes, and ensuring tables are clean and ready for the next party
- Assisting in the accurate and timely delivery of food orders from the kitchen to guest tables
- Ensuring all food items are presented correctly and in line with Atomic Golf's quality standards
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the dining and food running areas, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and disposing of trash
- Collaborating closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure a smooth flow of service
- Responding promptly to guest requests and ensuring their needs are met courteously
- Contributing to a positive and team-oriented work environment
