Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior supervisory experience
- hospitality or restaurant background preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work early closing shifts
- commitment to safety compliance
- ability to mentor and lead a team
Job Qualifications
- Supervisory experience in hotel, restaurant, or club
- fine dining experience preferred
- ability to manage schedules

Job Duties
- Courteously greet and provide service to dining room guests
- answer questions about menu items and assist with dietary needs
- supervise the physical appearance of the dining room area and wait stations
- coordinate staff for special functions and large parties with management
- assist with scheduling daily work assignments and personnel shifts
- mentor and lead dining room servers
- ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
