Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a server role preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Deliver steps of service as outlined in the handbook including menu highlights, suggestions and pairings, specials, and daily additions
  • Oversee table maintenance and coordinate service with Server Assistants and Food Runners
  • Work with back waiter in clearing and resetting tables, help with plate changes, soy sauce pour and refreshing silverware
  • Check IDs to ensure alcoholic beverages are served only to guests over 21 years of age and monitor alcohol consumption
  • Monitor guest satisfaction within 2 minutes or 2 bites after each course
  • Communicate guest needs to kitchen and management, inform manager of any complaints or issues swiftly and discreetly
  • Cross promote in-venue events and encourage guests to fill in Feedback Cards
