Job Requirements
- Eighteen years of age or older
- High school degree or GED preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and reach for 100 percent of the shift
- Ability to lift and carry loads greater than 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to maintain body equilibrium to prevent falling
- Capability to climb stairs, ladders, and ramps
- Ability to communicate clearly in the primary language of the restaurant
- Hearing sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction
- Specific vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
Job Qualifications
- High school degree or GED preferred
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Good judgment and decision making
- Extensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings
- Capability to engage customers in appropriate conversation
- Basic math skills for cash handling
Job Duties
- Live by a servant leadership philosophy to always serve others first
- Understand and comply with all company policies, procedures, and operating standards
- Provide every customer with an awesome first, next and last great experience
- Utilize genuine salesmanship techniques during customer interactions
- Place accurate orders using the POS system
- Deliver food and beverages with urgency, delivering hot food hot and cold food cold
- Manage a section of tables as though it were your own business
- Maintain a clean and organized section, service station, and dining room
- Adhere to responsible beverage service requirements and cash handling policies
- Assist busser by clearing and wiping tables
- Assist bartenders by stocking glassware, ice, and garnishes
- Complete assigned opening, ongoing, and closing sidework
- Maintain a safe, sanitary, and secure environment at all times
- Notify a manager of all customer complaints
- Remain calm at all times
- Perform any other tasks or duties as assigned by a manager
