Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare tables for meals including linens silverware and glassware
- Perform light food preparation duties including bread salad preparation appetizers and dessert presentation
- Greet guests professionally and provide education about food and beverage menus including ingredients and cooking methods
- Inform customers of daily specials
- Check food and beverages for quality and presentation before serving
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Prepare and serve specialty dishes tableside as required
- Check identification for legal alcohol consumption age
- Provide wine recommendations and deliver wine using proper techniques
- Receive guest payments and process transactions
- Clear and clean tables promptly maintaining sanitation standards
- Complete side duties such as polishing silverware restaurant set up and filling condiments
