Job Requirements
- Be able to speak clearly and listen attentively

- Availability to work day, evening, weekend and holiday shifts
- Reliability to work scheduled shifts

- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure
- Knowledge of liquor laws and compliance
- Physical and mental stamina for job demands including lifting 50 pounds and extensive standing
- Age 21 or older
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Current Food Handler’s Permit
- Current Alcohol Certification
- Minimum one year of experience as a server or in a similar role
- Knowledge of liquor laws and compliance
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Reliable with availability for varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds
- Age 21 years or older
Job Duties
- Coordinate efforts of restaurant and kitchen personnel to exceed guest expectations
- Prepare dining tables according to restaurant setup specifications
- Engage guests to make them feel welcome and attended to
- Follow company sequence of service to maintain natural flow
- Demonstrate product knowledge and apply salesmanship in answering questions and making recommendations
- Process guest orders using Aloha POS ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor diners to ensure satisfaction and respond to requests
- Comply with State Liquor Laws and company RASP plan
- Assist busser with stocking, clearing, and resetting tables
- Accurately total bills and accept payments
- Perform side work including napkin and utensil roll-ups, menu wipe down, and restaurant cleaning
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned
