Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
  • Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is an asset
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Knowledge of point-of-sale systems is a plus
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated reliability and work ethic

Job Duties

  • Respond to guest requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their meal
  • Be knowledgeable about all menu items restaurant promotions and beverages served including their garnish contents and preparation methods
  • Take guest food and beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
  • Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
  • Complete necessary side-work as per schedule including stocking and organizing supplies
  • Take and know inventory at all times and requisition daily supplies as needed
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality and observe prescribed work break and meal periods
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming in compliance with dress code
  • Perform any other duties as requested by supervisor
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to requests for service and assistance
  • Demonstrate the desire and ability to provide high quality service to internal and external customers
  • Solicit customer feedback to improve service
