Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is an asset
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Knowledge of point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated reliability and work ethic
Job Duties
- Respond to guest requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their meal
- Be knowledgeable about all menu items restaurant promotions and beverages served including their garnish contents and preparation methods
- Take guest food and beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
- Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
- Complete necessary side-work as per schedule including stocking and organizing supplies
- Take and know inventory at all times and requisition daily supplies as needed
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality and observe prescribed work break and meal periods
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming in compliance with dress code
- Perform any other duties as requested by supervisor
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to requests for service and assistance
- Demonstrate the desire and ability to provide high quality service to internal and external customers
- Solicit customer feedback to improve service
