Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must be 21 years of age
- six months experience in food service preferred
- knowledgeable of food and alcoholic beverages
- excellent interpersonal skills
- good oral and written communication skills
- must be fluent and literate in English
- ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations
- able to stand and walk for entire shift
- able to lift trays of food above shoulder level for a distance of up to fifty yards
- ability to tolerate areas of cold and high temperature over 115 degrees
- must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues
- must tolerate areas with high noise levels and bright lights
- physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs
- ability to perform physical tasks such as bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, and balance
- successful or better performance against performance appraisal standards

- compliance with all regulatory, governmental and safety requirements

Job Duties
- Interacting with guests and co-workers in a helpful, positive, upbeat, and professional manner
- responsible for complete set-up, stocking and service of assigned area
- sets, cleans, and resets tables
- removing dirty dishes, glassware, flatware, and soiled linens from tables and countertops, transports to dish area
- monitoring and replenishing of all stock items in assigned area in a neat, accurate and timely fashion
- refilling water glasses, coffee cups, butter/condiments, bread, and carrying order to tables as needed
- making coffee or tea as needed
- ensuring assigned work area is neat, clean and sanitized throughout shift
- partnering with culinary team and server to ensure coordinated work flow during shift
- maintaining all equipment in proper fashion
- accountable for meeting or exceeding all State and company sanitation requirements
- adhering to regulatory, safety, departmental and company policies
- supporting safety and accident prevention programs
- presenting oneself as a credit to Company and encouraging others to do the same
- performing all other related and compatible duties as assigned
