The Server position at Century Park Associates is a PRN role starting at $16.00 per hour, with compensation dependent on experience. The work schedule involves a mix of assigned days and being on call, offering flexibility suitable for candidates seeking part-time or intermittent employment. Reporting to the Dining Services Director or Dining Room Supervisor, the Server plays a crucial role in delivering restaurant-style dining services with a hospitality focus specifically tailored for a senior living community. The lead server takes on additional responsibilities by training and guiding new servers, ensuring that all dining services maintain Century Park’s stringent quality standards.

As a Server, responsibilities include assisting with dining room setup, attending pre-meal menu review meetings, performing assigned duties at beverage and salad stations, and undertaking cleaning and preparation tasks. Servers engage directly with residents and visitors by providing a welcoming and courteous dining experience, helping with food selection, timely beverage refills, and meal service using proper techniques. The role also involves maintaining cleanliness and safety in the dining environment by clearing tables, removing dishes and linens, and preparing the space for subsequent meals. Candidates must enjoy serving seniors and demonstrate excellent customer service, hospitality, trustworthiness, dependability, and professionalism. Proper attire, grooming, and adherence to compliance training, including company-appointed ServSafe classes, are mandatory.
