Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous hospitality or food and beverage experience
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a team environment
- knowledge of state and local alcohol service laws
- physical ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, lift up to 40 pounds
- ability to work in moderate noise environment
- willingness to work varied shifts
- commitment to delivering high service standards

- knowledge of responsible alcohol service
- proficiency with POS systems

Job Duties
- Providing a warm, welcoming greeting to members and their guests
- ensure members are served in a timely manner according to service standards
- provide an exceptional dining experience
- lead and instill a respectful and positive work culture
- train and develop staff abilities
- maintain thorough knowledge of menus, specials, and out-of-stock items
- perform opening and closing duties with urgency
- keep bar and service areas clean and organized
- accurately operate POS system for orders and payments
- assist team members as needed
- communicate effectively with staff and management
- restock supplies and alert management of shortages
- prepare close out paperwork accurately
- report health and safety concerns promptly
- attend informational meetings
- take responsibility for the quality of services provided
- assist in investigating member complaints
- assist in other food and beverage outlets if required
- perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors or managers
