Job Duties

  • Provide warm, welcoming, and genuinely connected service to all guests
  • Anticipate guests' needs and proactively address them
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
  • Execute all aspects of service according to Bold Catering's 14 Elements of Bold Service
  • Pass hors d'oeuvres and beverages according to training standards
  • Set up and maintain buffet and station service
  • Assist with event setup including unloading trucks, setting linens, arranging tables and chairs, and setting place settings
  • Ensure all setup is completed according to event diagrams and standards
  • Assist with event breakdown and cleanup
  • Properly set up a bar and assist in maintaining it
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and event managers
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues
  • Follow instructions and guidelines provided by event managers
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Comply with all uniform standards and maintain a professional appearance
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Maintain proper cell phone usage
  • Properly clock in and out and follow all payroll procedures
