We are currently seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. This role is critical in creating "raving fans" of our guests, associates, purveyors, and partners by delivering exceptional hospitality service. Our servers are expected to have thorough product knowledge including food, wine, and liquor, and must be proficient in all service procedures. The ideal candidate brings a genuine approach to hospitality, exhibiting a 'Yes is the Answer!' mentality alongside a positive, team-oriented attitude. At Rusty Bucket, we highly encourage personal growth and development, with 80 percent of all positions filled through internal promotions. Our servers not only contribute to the satisfaction of our guests but also help foster a supportive, family-like environment throughout our restaurants.
