Job Requirements

- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Willingness to perform physical tasks such as lifting and cleaning
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven customer service skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively
Job Duties
- Greet guests and show them to their tables
- Take guest drink and appetizer orders and upselling any current specials
- Deliver guests orders to their tables in a timely manner
- Pre-bus tables for plates, glasses, and silverware from guest tables when appropriate
- Present correct check to guests before dining is complete
- Refill drinks and upsell dessert during guests dining
- Clear and reset tables as guests leave in preparation for new guests
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting restaurant and bar areas as needed
- Clean, stock, and prep the restaurant and bar at the end of the night
- Additional duties as needed and instructed by restaurant manager, bar manager, kitchen manager or GM
