Job Requirements
- Prior hotel restaurant experience
- ability to serve alcoholic beverages responsibly
- availability for 6 AM to 12 PM shifts
- willingness to perform various cleaning and setup tasks
- ability to process guest payments
- adherence to health and safety standards

- Restaurant table-service experience
- over 18 years old to serve alcohol
- fun and personable personality
- efficient and mannerable
- good communication skills
- ability to work early morning shifts
Job Duties
- Set up food and beverage areas for service
- service guests promptly and professionally
- break down and clean food and beverage areas after service
- greet all guests and take beverage and food orders
- clear and clean tables efficiently
- maintain cleanliness of wait staff stations throughout shift
- perform side-work and opening or closing duties as assigned
