Job Description
The company hiring is a vibrant restaurant seeking to enhance its service team by hiring a professional and enthusiastic Server. The Server role is a tipped position with a base hourly wage of $22.60, exclusive of any additional earnings from tips. This role also demands a collaborative attitude, as you will be working closely with kitchen staff, bar personnel, and fellow servers to ensure seamless operations.
In this position, you are not only responsible for attending to guests and serving food and beverages but also for maintaining a clean and organized environment. Your duties will involve tasks such as greeting guests, taking and accurately entering orders, serving alcoholic beverages responsibly according to restaurant policies, and handling payments efficiently. You will also perform opening and closing duties along with various side work assignments to support daily restaurant functions.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience handling cash and credit card transactions efficiently and may benefit from having at least one year’s experience as a server in a high-volume dining environment. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is essential for processing orders and payments accurately. Physical stamina is required for standing, walking, and bending during long shifts, and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds is necessary for handling certain work tasks.

Job Qualifications
- Experience in cash handling and credit card processing

Job Duties
