Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality fields
- Ability to maintain professional demeanor and appearance
- Capacity to stand and walk for extended periods
- Physical ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions
- Ability to lift and carry moderate loads such as linens and supplies
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including holidays and weekends
- Dependability in managing time punches accurately and adhering to schedule
- Effective English communication skills for guest interaction
- Willingness to work collaboratively within a team environment

- Experience in hospitality, service, or consumer-facing roles preferred

- Punctuality and reliability in clocking in and out per schedule

- Basic proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) technology
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and during their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names whenever possible to make them feel welcomed
- Work collaboratively to contribute to high guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of all hotel features and amenities
- Provide friendly and professional phone service using approved greetings
- Keep all workspaces spotless and well-organized
- Participate in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Greet guests with hospitality while performing cleaning duties
- Complete operational checklists accurately and on time each shift
- Submit accurate and timely shift handover reports
- Wear clean, approved uniform with nametag and maintain a well-groomed appearance
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude and willingness to exceed traditional roles
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive guest and workplace environment
- Take food and beverage orders promptly and accurately
- Deliver hot food items promptly from kitchen to tables
- Accurately enter orders into POS system and secure timely payment
- Prepare coffee and other specialty drinks as needed
- Clear, clean, and reset tables for dining
- Observe and respond quickly to guest requests
- Complete daily inventory prep and side work compliant with labor rules
- Stay knowledgeable of current food and beverage menu offerings
- Escort guests to tables as required
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling policies including product rotation, dating, labeling, and cleaning
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of restaurant and surrounding areas
- Demonstrate comprehensive hotel knowledge including hours and amenities
