Job Requirements
- Flexible schedule including availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to arrive on time and adhere to clock-in and clock-out procedures
- Must provide sufficient notice when calling out
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive motions with wrists and hands
- Capability to lift and carry certain supplies and items
- Effective reading, writing, and communication in English
- Must comply with uniform and grooming standards
- Willingness to assist in cleaning and maintaining work areas
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, service, or consumer-facing industry preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
- Strong guest service orientation with a friendly demeanor
- Familiarity with food safety standards and procedures
- Basic proficiency in using point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English
Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names whenever possible to ensure a welcoming experience
- Provide prompt and friendly food and beverage service
- Take accurate orders and input them into the POS system
- Prepare coffee and other specialized drinks as a barista
- Deliver hot food items quickly from kitchen to tables
- Clear, clean, and reset tables as needed
- Observe diners and respond promptly to requests
- Complete daily inventory prep sheets and perform side work
- Escort guests to tables when necessary
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling policies
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and surrounding areas
- Demonstrate knowledge of the hotel's hours and amenities
