Job Requirements

  • Flexible schedule including availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to arrive on time and adhere to clock-in and clock-out procedures
  • Must provide sufficient notice when calling out
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions with wrists and hands
  • Capability to lift and carry certain supplies and items
  • Effective reading, writing, and communication in English
  • Must comply with uniform and grooming standards
  • Willingness to assist in cleaning and maintaining work areas

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality, service, or consumer-facing industry preferred
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
  • Strong guest service orientation with a friendly demeanor
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and procedures
  • Basic proficiency in using point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Good communication skills in English

Job Duties

  • Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
  • Use guests' names whenever possible to ensure a welcoming experience
  • Provide prompt and friendly food and beverage service
  • Take accurate orders and input them into the POS system
  • Prepare coffee and other specialized drinks as a barista
  • Deliver hot food items quickly from kitchen to tables
  • Clear, clean, and reset tables as needed
  • Observe diners and respond promptly to requests
  • Complete daily inventory prep sheets and perform side work
  • Escort guests to tables when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and handling policies
  • Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and surrounding areas
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the hotel's hours and amenities
