Job Requirements
- Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions, assigned tasks, and meet deadlines
- Always provide friendly service with a smile to guests
- Flexible schedule with availability days, nights, holidays, and weekends based on business demands
- Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift and clock out at scheduled end times unless directed by manager
- Never work while clocked out
- Must clock in/out for breaks at designated times
- Must provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to walk distances to accomplish tasks
- Ability to perform repetitive motions with wrists, hands, or fingers
- Ability to lift and carry laundry supplies, linens, and other items
- Must read, write, understand and communicate effectively in English

Job Duties
- Greet guests and provide clear, accurate description of food and beverage options
- Deliver hot, to-order items from kitchen to tables promptly
- Input orders into POS system and process payments accurately
- Prepare coffee and specialized drinks as a barista
- Clear, clean, and reset tables for dining as needed
- Observe diners and respond promptly to their requests
- Complete daily inventory prep sheets and other side work in compliance with labor rules
- Maintain thorough knowledge of current food and beverage menu offerings
- Escort guests to tables when necessary
- Ensure food safety compliance including product rotation, labeling, and cleanliness
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of restaurant and surrounding areas
- Demonstrate general hotel knowledge including hours and amenities
- Uphold hotel standards by wearing a clean, approved uniform with nametag and smiling
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members
- Exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to support teamwork and guest satisfaction
- Adhere to required shift start and end times and proper break clock-ins and outs
- Provide adequate notice when calling out for scheduled shifts
