Job Requirements

ABC certification as required by state or local laws
Food handlers certification as required by state or local laws
Must be of legal age to serve liquor in compliance with federal, state or local laws
Successful completion of Sundance training for this position
Ability to work agreed schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
Ability to stand and walk during entire shift
Ability to bend, stoop, lift and carry items up to 30 lbs
Ability to operate in fast-paced environment with narrow spaces
Ability to hear accurately over loud background noise

Job Qualifications

Experience in full service restaurant environment is helpful but not required
Successful completion of Sundance training for this position required
Must be of legal age to serve liquor in compliance with federal, state or local laws
Strong guest service orientation and communication skills
Ability to follow company standards and procedures
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Serve food and drinks including alcoholic beverages to guests in a friendly and timely manner
Comply with ABC and Food Handler certification requirements
Handle cash and credit card transactions with integrity
Follow company standards and Razzoos Steps of Service
Anticipate guests' needs and provide excellent guest service orientation
Communicate effectively with guests and team members
Maintain safety standards and adhere to company policies
