Job Requirements
- Experience in hospitality or consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions, assigned tasks, and meet deadlines
- Always provide friendly service with a smile
- Flexible schedule with availability for days, nights, holidays, and weekends
- Arrive and clock in on time for every shift
- Clock in and out for breaks at designated times
- Provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality or consumer-facing service preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and handling practices
- Familiarity with POS systems and technology used in food service
- Capability to work flexible schedules including days, nights, holidays, and weekends
Job Duties
- Greet guests happily and use their names whenever possible
- Take and input food and beverage orders accurately using POS
- Serve hot food items promptly to tables
- Prepare coffee and specialized drinks as a barista
- Clear, clean, and reset tables for dining as needed
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests promptly
- Assist in maintaining overall cleanliness of the restaurant and hotel dining areas
