Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- minimum of 1 year related work experience
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- willingness to adhere to uniform and grooming standards
- ability to work flexible hours
- no supervisory experience required
- no licenses or certifications required

Job Duties
- Serve food courses to guests
- serve alcoholic beverages to guests
- set tables according to event and service standards
- answer questions on menu selections
- communicate with kitchen regarding menu questions and re-cook orders
- communicate meal requirements, allergies, and special requests to kitchen
- record transactions in MICROS system
- check in with guests to ensure satisfaction
- maintain cleanliness of work areas and tableware
- complete closing duties such as restocking and shutting off lights
- present accurate checks and process payment
- follow company safety and security policies
- report accidents and unsafe conditions
- ensure professional personal appearance
- welcome and acknowledge guests according to standards
- assist guests with disabilities
- maintain positive working relationships with team
- ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
- perform other reasonable job duties as requested
