Job Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
minimum of 1 year related work experience
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
ability to communicate clearly and professionally
willingness to adhere to uniform and grooming standards
ability to work flexible hours
no supervisory experience required
no licenses or certifications required

Job Duties

Serve food courses to guests
serve alcoholic beverages to guests
set tables according to event and service standards
answer questions on menu selections
communicate with kitchen regarding menu questions and re-cook orders
communicate meal requirements, allergies, and special requests to kitchen
record transactions in MICROS system
check in with guests to ensure satisfaction
maintain cleanliness of work areas and tableware
complete closing duties such as restocking and shutting off lights
present accurate checks and process payment
follow company safety and security policies
report accidents and unsafe conditions
ensure professional personal appearance
welcome and acknowledge guests according to standards
assist guests with disabilities
maintain positive working relationships with team
ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
perform other reasonable job duties as requested
