Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to repetitively use arms, hands and fingers
- ability to communicate effectively with team members
- positive attitude when working with peers
- knowledge of employment procedures
- Oklahoma liquor license required
- ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, stand, walk, pull, talk, hear/listen and perform repetitive motion
- ability to lift up to 10 lbs frequently and 35 lbs occasionally
- willing to work in environments with occasional exposure to cold, heat, and water
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- food and wine knowledge
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to maintain a positive attitude when working with peers
- Oklahoma liquor license
Job Duties
- Greet guests at their tables, keeping them comfortable
- provide efficient service by guiding guests through menus, suggestively selling drinks, appetizers, entrees and desserts
- bring food and drinks to tables, and pre-buss in a timely manner
- act as guests cashier processing credit cards and/or making change
- communicate with supervisors and peers
- perform any other duties as requested by management
