Currently, The Highland Dallas is seeking dynamic and passionate individuals to join their team as Casual Dining Servers. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a vibrant culinary scene within the hotel’s casual dining restaurant. The Casual Dining Server role involves delivering exceptional and personalized service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and demonstrating a comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and wine pairings. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a casual dining or hospitality environment
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations
- Strong multitasking skills
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
