- Previous food service or banquet experience preferred
- SafeServ certification
- TIPS or equivalent training
- Consistent attendance and adherence to company standards
- Ability to lift and carry heavy trays
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and present menus, answer questions, and make food or beverage recommendations
- Take and relay guest orders accurately via the POS system to the kitchen or bar
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and check in regularly to anticipate additional needs
- Clear tables and reset dining areas efficiently between guests
- Assist with basic prep tasks, such as coffee brewing and soup ladling, as needed
- Process guest payments, including handling cash and credit card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of dining room and service areas
- Respond to guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
- Support teammates and contribute to a positive, team-focused environment
- Adhere to all health and safety standards, as well as Resolute Road Hospitality and brand specific policies
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
