  • Two years server experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to read, write and speak clearly and accurately in English
  • Possess Food Handlers certificate and BASSET license

Job Duties

  • Responsible for maintaining a consistently smooth-running operation
  • Expedite food orders, checking for accuracy and presentation
  • Monitor and critique food quality and service levels
  • Check daily boards for team side work assignments and special instructions
  • Pick up reservations
  • Prepare dining room and lounge tables for service
  • Processing guests checks and billing through the Quad P.O.S system
  • Demonstrate full compliance with the dining room and lounge STO’s and other Benchmark F&B service standards
  • Respond to any reasonable task as assigned by supervisor or manager
  • Help out in other areas of food and beverage as needed
  • Assist the Manager in training team members
  • Assist in other Food and Beverage outlets as needed
  • Cleans and organizes the work area
