- Two years server experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read, write and speak clearly and accurately in English
- Possess Food Handlers certificate and BASSET license

Job Duties
- Responsible for maintaining a consistently smooth-running operation
- Expedite food orders, checking for accuracy and presentation
- Monitor and critique food quality and service levels
- Check daily boards for team side work assignments and special instructions
- Pick up reservations
- Prepare dining room and lounge tables for service
- Processing guests checks and billing through the Quad P.O.S system
- Demonstrate full compliance with the dining room and lounge STO’s and other Benchmark F&B service standards
- Respond to any reasonable task as assigned by supervisor or manager
- Help out in other areas of food and beverage as needed
- Assist the Manager in training team members
- Assist in other Food and Beverage outlets as needed
- Cleans and organizes the work area
