Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Food Handlers' Certification
Minimum one year experience as a server in a fine dining environment
Ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language used in the workplace
Good communication skills
Basic computational ability
Basic computer literacy
Knowledge of table settings and service ware
Knowledge of food and beverage items and service
Ability to use suggestive selling techniques
Ability to maintain cleanliness and order in dining areas

Job Qualifications

Food Handlers' Certification
High school graduate
Some college preferred
At least one year of experience as a server in a fine dining environment
Prior club experience preferred
Good communication skills both verbal and written
Basic computational ability
Basic computer skills
Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware
Knowledge of food and beverage items including preparation and ingredients
Ability to describe menu items, prices, and preparation methods
Ability to use suggestive selling techniques

Job Duties

Take orders for and serve all food and beverage requests using suggestive selling techniques as appropriate
Clear tables during service
Control guest checks and secure proper payment and signature
Ensure station and table set-ups are complete
Perform various side duties as assigned for both dining room and private events
Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas
Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of service stations and servicing equipment
