We are currently seeking a Server to join our community team. The Server position plays a vital role in delivering excellent dining experiences to our residents and guests. This role requires a friendly, professional individual who can efficiently take and serve meal and drink orders while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hospitality. The Server will use proper food handling and service techniques to ensure the health and satisfaction of all guests. Duties include managing assigned tables, explaining menu specials and food descriptions, maintaining cleanliness and readiness of dining areas, following established cleaning schedules, and assisting with the training of new food servers. The ideal candidate will promote safety and loss prevention protocols as well as uphold standards of appearance, hygiene, and sanitation.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy providing direct service that positively impacts the daily lives of others. Having a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and previous experience in fine dining is a significant advantage.
