Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- two to three years of experience in a fast-paced high-end club or restaurant
- high school diploma or equivalent
- some college preferred
- ability to interact with co-workers to assure compliance with company service standards
- basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- ability to read, speak, and write English to communicate with guests
- ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds
- able to work all events including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling

- able to work all events including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays

- possess two to three years’ experience in a fast-paced high-end club or restaurant

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service in Clubs, Suites, or In-Seat environments
- interact with guests to assure satisfaction
- serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer
- collaborate as a team with associates and other service departments
- support service staff by clearing and cleaning tables and running food
- perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
- maintain knowledge of other food, beverage, and retail outlets within the stadium
