The Server role at Legends Global is centered on providing exceptional guest service within Clubs, Suites, or In-Seat environments at stadium events. This position is instrumental in creating memorable experiences for guests by delivering attentive, personalized service that exceeds expectations. As a Server, you will work collaboratively within a team setting alongside fellow associates and various service departments within the stadium to maintain a high level of service efficiency and quality. The role involves interacting directly with guests to ensure their satisfaction, serving an array of food and beverages including soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer, and supporting the service staff by clearing and cleaning tables and running food.
The responsibilities also include performing opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned, requiring a versatile, team-oriented mindset. Understanding the offerings of other food, beverage, and retail outlets within the stadium is important to provide comprehensive service to patrons. This position demands excellent multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment and a keen attention to detail. The Server must have the physical ability to lift and transport items ranging from 10 to 50 pounds and sufficient mobility to perform production tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods. Working extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is a requirement, reflecting the dynamic nature of the event environment. Applicants should possess a strong foundation in food and beverage service standards, guest relations, and etiquette, with a minimum of two to three years of experience in high-end clubs or restaurants.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Two to three years experience in a fast-paced high-end club or restaurant
- Able to read, speak and write English
- Ability to lift and transport 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
- Ability to work extended hours, nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, pushing and pulling for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards and guest relations
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age

- Ability to work all events including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing and pulling for extended periods
- Two to three years experience in a fast-paced high-end club or restaurant
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college preferred
Job Duties
