The Server position at Legends Global embodies the companys commitment to exceptional guest service within dynamic environments such as Clubs, Suites, or In-Seat stadium settings. This role demands a professional who excels in delivering personalized and attentive service that consistently exceeds guest expectations. Servers are the frontline representatives of Legends Global's hospitality ethos, engaging proactively with guests to assure satisfaction while working collaboratively with fellow associates and other departments within the stadium. This multifaceted role involves serving a broad range of food and beverage items—spanning from sodas and water to wines, draft beers, and bottled beers—while maintaining impeccable service standards that align with the company’s reputation.
Beyond direct service, Servers actively support the broader operational flow by assisting in clearing and cleaning tables, running food, and executing opening, closing, and side work duties to uphold a seamless and inviting guest experience. Familiarity with other food, beverage, and retail outlets within the stadium is essential, enabling Servers to provide informed assistance and enhance customer interaction quality. The position also presupposes adaptability and resilience, as Servers must be prepared to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. Physical demands such as lifting and transporting items up to 30 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds), along with sustained periods of reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling, are daily aspects of the job.
This role targets candidates who possess two to three years of experience in high-end clubs or restaurants, coupled with a solid foundation in food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest interaction, and etiquette. Effective communication skills in English are mandatory to engage with guests properly. The ideal applicant is at least 18 years old and holds a high school diploma or its equivalent, with some college education preferred. - Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods
