Legends Global is currently seeking dedicated and dynamic Servers to join their team within the Clubs, Suites, or In-Seat service environments at various stadium venues. This role is part-time or full-time depending on event schedules and requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering unparalleled guest experiences. As a Server, individuals will have the opportunity to interact directly with guests, ensuring their satisfaction by providing professional, friendly, and timely service. The position demands close collaboration and teamwork with fellow associates and other service departments to create a seamless and memorable experience for guests. In this Server position, you will serve a variety of food and beverages including soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer, while maintaining an immaculate service area. Beyond simply serving, the role encompasses active guest engagement to surpass their expectations by offering personalized attention and impeccable service standards. Servers are responsible for clearing and cleaning tables, running food and beverages, and supporting the entire service staff to maintain a flawless operational flow. The position also requires performing opening, closing, and side duties as assigned to ensure all operational aspects comply with company standards.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of food and beverage service standards, guest relations etiquette, and the ability to multi-task under pressure. Past experience working in high-end clubs, restaurants, or similar fast-paced hospitality settings is highly preferred. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds and the stamina to perform prolonged periods of reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Candidates must be comfortable working flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts depending on event schedules.
