As a Server at Poza, you are more than just a staff member; you are the heartbeat of the guest experience. Your role involves delivering exceptional food and beverage service with grace, attentiveness, and style, capturing the luxury and sophistication emblematic of L'Ermitage Beverly Hills. Your deep knowledge of the menu, combined with your attentive service and intuitive hospitality, will help create unforgettable moments for guests dining by the pool and under the stars. This position requires a commitment to polished professionalism, impeccable timing in service delivery, and a warm, personalized approach to every guest interaction.
This is a tipped hourly position with a wage of $21.50 that offers not only competitive pay but also an opportunity to be part of an iconic Beverly Hills property and the exciting launch of a premier rooftop venue. The environment at Poza is inspiring and inclusive, celebrating individuality and encouraging professional growth. With flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays, and an emphasis on teamwork and guest satisfaction, this role invites those with a refined sense of service and a flair for hospitality to join in defining the next chapter at L'Ermitage Beverly Hills.
