Job Requirements

A current food handler's card
Responsible beverage service (RBS) certification
Ability to work outdoors, on your feet, and in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Previous experience in a luxury or lifestyle hospitality environment preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Provide warm, personalized service to guests dining at the rooftop pool and restaurant
Guide guests through the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations and insights into ingredients and pairings
Serve food and beverages with precision, timing, and poise
Maintain a polished and professional demeanor in line with L'Ermitage brand standards
Ensure poolside areas and service stations are clean, organized, and well-stocked
Collaborate with bartenders, chefs, and fellow servers to ensure seamless service
Uphold all safety, sanitation, and health regulations
